About Flying Sphinx
Flying Sphinx is brought to you by Pat Allan, the creator of Thinking Sphinx. You would think he's had enough of Sphinx by now - but apparently not.
Flying Sphinx was built because Pat loves deploying websites on Heroku, but also loves to use Sphinx for search. So, he built a solution for both his blog and a client project - and then realised it was something that others may be interested in. So here we are.
